Back to Outreach and the Wider Church
Every Saturday, 50-70 guests representing between 150-195 people are provided with healthy food sources through St. Paul’s participation in the Garneau Strathcona Food Security. Church volunteers from four south side United Churches connect with some local businesses every Friday or Saturday morning to collect bread and baked goods. In addition, produce, protein and other food sources are secured through church donations and the Edmonton Food Bank. St. Paul’s is pleased to support this integral work, as it provides nourishment for those in need. Please consider donating today, by dropping off non-perishable food items to the church, or clicking the donate button on the side bar. The button takes you to the Paypal for St. Paul’s United Church. After you complete the first page with the total to St. Paul’s United Church, you need to designate Garneau Strathcona Food Security as the directed recipient for the funds.
